FAQ
1. What materials do you use for prints and frames?
We use museum-quality matte paper for all prints and natural solid oak for all frames. Every piece is made to order with care—no overproduction.
2. How are the framed print sizes listed?
The listed sizes (Small, Medium, Large, X-Large and XX-Large) refer to the approximate outer frame dimensions. The printed image area is slightly smaller due to a 2" mat border and may vary slightly based on image layout and framing.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer global shipping for prints only. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Frames are available to Canada and contiguous US only.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Each piece is custom made. Please allow 1–3 weeks for production plus shipping time.
5. Can I return or exchange my order?
Because each piece is made to order, all sales are final. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right. See our Return Policy for more details.
6. How should I handle and frame my Print-Only artwork?
Always handle prints with clean gloves to avoid smudges. We recommend acid-free mats and UV-protective glass for longevity. You can use standard frame sizes for easy framing, or visit a professional framer for a custom, gallery-quality finish.
7. Will my framed print look exactly like the one pictured?
Each framed piece is handcrafted with natural materials, so slight variations may occur. These details make every piece one-of-a-kind.
8. Is a certificate of authenticity included?
Yes! Every piece comes with a numbered certificate of authenticity.
9. Why do you support wildlife conservation?
Our mission is to celebrate, protect, and restore wildlife and their habitats. Through art and storytelling, we aim to inspire a deeper connection with nature and contribute to conservation efforts for future generations.
10. What about color quality and materials?
Each piece is printed using professional-grade technology with the largest color gamut in its class, capturing vivid tones and fine details. We print on museum-quality fine art matte paper, chosen for its rich, deep tones and beautifully soft, timeless finish — ensuring your artwork remains stunning for years to come.
